VAN REQUESTS

If you would like to request a van, please do the following:

1) Check the Van Reservation Calendar below
2) Identify which van you would like to use
     VAN 1 - driver and 9 passengers
     VAN 2 - driver and 9 passengers
     SMALL VAN - driver and 6 passengers
3) Fill out the VAN RESERVATION FORM
