STAFF FACILITIES REQUESTS

The following school facilities are available for your program or class to use:

- American Spirit Theater
- ECHS Gym
- ECHS Weight Room
- ECHS Field
- Heritage K-8 Multi-Purpose Room

To request the use of a school facility, please do the following:

- Check the Facilities Calendar (below), to make sure the date is available.
- Please REFRESH YOUR BROWSER or CLEAR YOUR HISTORY before viewing the calendar.
- Plan for set-up and clean-up time.
- Receive approval from your Director for the event/activity.
- Fill out the appropriate online Facilities Request Form:

Do not advertise the event until you have received confirmation of your request.
Once your event has been confirmed, be sure to check the calendar to make sure it is listed.
